I recently married and used SA wedding Decor to supply various items. One of the items was taffeta table cloths. The hiring cost was R75 - in my opinion - acceptable. However, one of the tablecloths was returned, burnt. To my surprise, Amanda sent me an invoice for R513 incl VAT to replace it. The reason for this exorbitant cost was that she would spend time and money to go and buy more material, take it to her seamstress and then collect it again. This cost was not communicated prior to accepting her services. I hope other brides heed this...
